Susan Loewenstein is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success management across various prominent companies. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Success for the Americas at SUSE since January 2020, Loewenstein previously held leadership roles at DataStax, Jaspersoft, and FAST, a Microsoft subsidiary.
