Wayne Ou

Wayne OU is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology and service delivery management. Currently serving as a Service Delivery Manager at SUSE since January 2018, Wayne manages premium customer services in the Greater China region, focusing on the delivery of solutions such as SUSE Linux Enterprise Server and SUSE Rancher. Prior to this role, Wayne held the position of Senior Solution Sales Manager at Huawei from 2004 to 2017, where expertise in solution sales was demonstrated across multiple regions, including Asia-Pacific and CEE & Nordic countries. Earlier in Wayne's career, experience as a software engineer was gained at Beijing ZZNode Technologies Co., Ltd. and Beijing FORLINK Technologies Co., Ltd., specializing in telecom OSS and BSS systems development. Wayne holds an MBA from Sun Yat-sen University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Henan University of Technology.
