Leonardo Nery

Leonardo Nery is currently the Líder de Processos Operacionais at Suspensys, a Randoncorp company, where they develop and deliver operational training in welding, machining, and assembly, focusing on quality and compliance with regulatory requirements. They have been responsible for managing the reduction of rework and internal rejection while emphasizing cost reduction and continuous improvement. Previously, Leonardo served as an Auxiliar Administrativo at Exaustores Caxias Ltda, handling administrative tasks and team management from 2015 to 2020. Leonardo also holds a degree in Gestão da Qualidade from FSG - Centro Universitário da Serra Gaúcha, completed in 2023, and is a qualified Welding Inspector Level 1.
