Ayan Deb

Ayan Deb is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program management and development. Currently serving as Program Director and Hub Manager for Central and West India at Sustain Plus since August 2019, Ayan is focused on integrating energy solutions to combat poverty. Prior roles include Area Manager at Tata Trusts, leading multi-thematic programs in Jharkhand, Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at Collectives for Integrated Livelihood Initiatives (CInI), and Project Coordinator at CARE India, where Ayan developed and coordinated livelihood projects. Ayan's educational background includes a Beahrs Environmental Leadership Program from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Rural and Agri-business Management from the Xavier Institute of Social Service.
