The Sustainable Procurement Co-Lab offers an interactive, collaborative, and engaging workshop to explore sustainable procurement modern challenges. Using an innovative card-based serious game, participants navigate real procurement scenarios: defining the right need, identifying risks and cost saving opportunities, defining a strategy, applying it at RfP stage, etc. Participants leave inspired by discussions with peers and with a concrete set of tools including an action checklist.
