Els Heile

Els Heile is an accomplished ESG Expert currently working at Sustinere since September 2021, while also serving as a Consultant on regulatory standards for the Responsible Business Forum in Estonia since May 2021. Previous experience includes roles as a Project Assistant at Folkekirkens Nødhjælp, where responsibilities included conducting human rights impact assessments and developing responsible business conduct guidelines. Els Heile has participated in various internships, including at the European Parliament and the Estonian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and has held a Project Manager position focused on sustainability education at the Estonian Women's Studies and Resource Centre. Academic credentials include a Master of Laws in International Human Rights Law from Lund University and a Master's Degree in International Relations and Legal Studies from the University of Aberdeen.
