Sutherland Labs combine research tools and design thinking to make everyday experiences better.

Our explorers of the everyday include researchers, strategists, designers and technologists, and are united by a shared fascination with human behavior and a relentless curiosity that drives us to discover, design and realize solutions for the puzzles that frustrate everyone else.

While our search for answers may start and end with the customer – mapping their conscious and unspoken needs, and considering how both are likely to change over time – we never lose sight of the client’s wider world. Marketplace feasibility, technological realities and business needs remain priorities throughout the life of every project.

This is why we work with some of the world's brightest brands, untying tricky knot in a range of industries, and helping them anticipate a future full of change, uncertainty and possibility.
