Eli Harning, PhD, is the Director of Physician & APC Leadership Development at Sutter Health. They have served in various roles at Sutter Health from 2002 to 2012, including Mental Health Specialist and Senior Organizational Effectiveness Consultant. In addition to their current consulting work with Harning Consulting since 2005, Eli contributed as a Consultant Community Member at Emergent Solutions from 2007 to 2012.
