Patrick McDermott

Patrick McDermott is an experienced healthcare executive with a strong background in revenue cycle management. Currently serving as Vice President of Revenue Cycle at Sutter Health since February 2015, Patrick oversees operations for 24 hospitals in Northern California. Previously, as System Vice President of Revenue Services at Presence Health from 2006 to 2014, Patrick managed a revenue cycle for 12 hospitals and led initiatives such as ICD-10 preparation and multiple EPIC system implementations. Earlier roles include Revenue Cycle Operations Executive at Health Alliance of Greater Cincinnati and Senior Manager Consulting at Stockamp & Associates. Patrick holds an MBA in Finance and a Bachelor's degree in English Literature, both from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
