Alessandro Pollazzon is an experienced operations and manufacturing leader with a strong background in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. Pollazzon served as Plant Manager at Packaging Imolese from January 2011 to January 2013, overseeing operations for a workforce of over 120 employees. Prior roles include Quality Manager, Production Manager, and Supply Manufacturing Director at Reckitt Benckiser, where full P&L responsibility for the Mira plant was managed, supervising a team of 250. Additionally, Pollazzon worked as the Garment Care Global Supply Representative, responsible for global manufacturing activities for the Woolite brand. With earlier experience at GlaxoSmithKline and Sella Pharmaceutical as Quality Assurance Manager, Pollazzon has demonstrated a commitment to quality and operational excellence. Since February 2013, Pollazzon has been the Operations Director at Gruppo Sutter, accountable for comprehensive company operations including manufacturing, purchasing, and logistics, with a focus on both domestic and international markets.
