Michaela Moher is the Head of Curriculum and Quality at Sutton College, where they lead on curriculum development and promote effective pedagogical strategies. Previously, Michaela served as Curriculum Manager at Shaw Trust, responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery across Learning and Skills. With extensive experience in quality assurance and training within the National Careers Service, Michaela has successfully implemented processes that enhance educational standards. Michaela holds a Master's Degree in Education, Power, and Social Change from Birkbeck, University of London, achieved with distinction.
