Thomas Mitchell is a Director of Safety, Global Compliance & Operational Excellence with extensive experience in Quality and Improvement, specializing in Six Sigma and Lean methodologies as a certified Black Belt/MBB. They have held key positions at several prestigious organizations, including AstraZeneca, where they served as a Lean Manufacturing Expert, and at H&T Presspart as the Director of Global Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs. Thomas has demonstrated expertise in quality management within high-pressure manufacturing environments and has extensive experience with business process re-design and project management in regulated areas. They obtained a BSc Hons from Glasgow Caledonian University.
