Michael Jerva

Michael Jerva has extensive experience in veterinary practice management, currently serving as Operations Director and Hospital Coach at Suveto since July 2021, while also holding the position of Veterinary Practice Manager at Heart of Chelsea Veterinary Group since June 2005. Michael was involved with the American Animal Hospital Association as a member of the Practice Manager Board Input Group from March 2014 to January 2015. Michael's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University at Buffalo, as well as multiple certificates in areas such as Marketing Management, Financial Management, Veterinary Practice Administration, Strategic Thinking, and Human Resource Management from Purdue University's Daniels School of Business, alongside additional studies at Colorado State University.
