Melhem Saab

Melhem Saab is a senior professional and manager with over 20 years of experience in the FinTech and banking sectors, specializing in contact center management, digital banking, and project management. Currently serving as a CCM at Suyool, Melhem previously held the position of Head of Contact Center at BankMed and has extensive expertise in customer relationship management and quality assurance. An accomplished music composer, poet, and songwriter, Melhem is a member of Sacem Lebanon and Sacem International, with a background in music studies from the Conservatoire National. Melhem holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Holy Spirit University of Kaslik.
