Celeste R. is a highly experienced research leader currently serving as the Head of Research at Robinhood since December 2021, where Celeste oversees a diverse team of user, quant, and market researchers. Prior to this role, Celeste was the Director of User Research at Robinhood and held significant positions at Airbnb, including Senior Research Manager for the "Hosting" organization and Lead Experience Researcher for the Marketplace Dynamics team. Celeste's earlier experience includes user research roles at Twitter, Symantec, and Oracle, contributing to substantial product improvements and strategic decisions. In addition, Celeste serves on the Advisory Board for Suzy, where insights and recommendations are made to drive the company's growth and innovation. Celeste holds a Master’s degree in Human Factors & Ergonomics from San Jose State University and dual bachelor's degrees in Psychology and English from Florida State University.
