Ed Petrone

Ed Petrone is a passionate advocate for human-first insights, currently serving as the Director of Sales at Suzy since 2025. In this role, Ed connects brands with real-time consumer feedback to facilitate smarter decision-making and drive impactful results. Prior to this, Ed held the position of Vice President of Client Development and Product Innovation at Directions Research, Inc. from 2020 to 2024, where they fostered long-term client relationships and developed new agile research products. With extensive experience in market research and a strong sales background spanning over a decade at Engine, Ed has consistently delivered results and built valuable partnerships throughout their career. Ed holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Penn State University, earned in 2005.
