Currently, Beard serves as an Independent Director, Board Member, Chair, and Advisor at RSB Advisory LLC, Expana, Ometria, Suzy, and other companies, focusing on technology-enabled services, data analytics, and marketing innovation. With a background in private equity at H.I.G. Capital and consulting expertise at Bain & Company, Beard has advised numerous firms on strategic growth and product development. Previous roles include Group President and Chief Product Officer at Cardlytics and involvement with Catalina USA and Keen Decision Systems, showcasing a strong commitment to enhancing marketing effectiveness and customer engagement. Beard holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a BS in Marketing from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
