Rodrigue Benoit

Rodrigue Benoit is the Head of Culinary Excellence and Chef exécutif Suisse Romande at SV Group, where they have been since 2017. They also serve as Chef de cuisine for the Swiss Sailing Team, contributing to events like the Tokyo Olympics, and have previously held key culinary positions, including Chef-Gerant at Restaurant d'application Le Trinquet and roles with Swiss-Ski during major championships. With extensive experience in culinary education as a Chef Instructor at Ecole hotliere de Lausanne, Rodrigue has a solid foundation in culinary arts, having obtained their Brevet Federal de cuisinier Suisse and a DEP from the Institut de tourisme et d'hôtellerie du Québec. In addition, they promote Swiss local products through their role as an Administrator at Swisstasting since 2015.
