Guy Pearson

Guy is a highly experienced manufacturing and engineering leader. Starting his career in automotive design and engineering with companies such as Jaguar and Land Rover, Guy has enjoyed a career of helping teams in the UK and Canada grow incapability to successfully develop new products and new manufacturing processes in multiple industries.

As a Lean Manufacturing champion, Guy has a track record of nurturing team engagement and instilling the Lean principles of respect, waste reduction, and continuous improvement resulting in a track record of performance and profitability optimization.

Guy holds a diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Royal Leamington Spa College.
