SVAR Infrastructure stands as a legacy of trust, vision, and excellence built over more than two decades in the real estate industry.

Our journey began in 1999 with the foundation of Heritage Group, established by three visionary brothers driven by a shared ambition to reshape Ahmedabad’s real estate landscape with integrity and foresight.

In 2016, this vision evolved into Aashray Group, marking a phase of expansion into premium plotted developments, land acquisition, and thoughtfully planned communities.

Today, as SVAR Infrastructure, we continue to elevate this legacy—creating refined living environments that seamlessly blend nature, luxury, and modern infrastructure.

Under the leadership Svar management, we specialise in premium plotted developments and weekend villas designed for those who seek more than just a property—they seek a lifestyle.
