Ryan Heim

Ryan Heim has extensive experience in the banking and finance industry. Ryan began their career as an Accounting Intern at Bradley & Associates, Inc. in 2007. Ryan then worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Dresner Partners from 2008 to 2009. In 2015, they joined Springs Valley Bank & Trust Company as an Investment Administrator and later took on the role of Financial Analyst from 2016 to 2018. In 2018, they joined Kimball Electronics as an FP&A Manager before returning to Springs Valley Bank & Trust Company in 2019. At Springs Valley Bank & Trust Company, they held positions as Vice President and Financial Planning Manager from 2019 to 2020 before assuming the role of Senior Executive VP & CFO in April 2020.

Ryan Heim attended Indiana University Bloomington from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting and Finance. During the same period, they also attended Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, where they earned another Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in the same field.
