Jill Lindström has had extensive experience in various leadership and managerial roles throughout their career. Most recently, they have been the Head of Learning and Development at Svedea since June 2021. In 1998, Jill briefly attended American University, where they studied Journalism for a year.

Seeking further education, Jill enrolled at The George Washington University School of Business in 2007 and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Finance in 2010. The following year, in 2015, they attended Dale Carnegie for a short period to enhance their skills in team management and generating productive outcomes. Finally, in 2017, Jill enrolled at Berghs School of Communication for a specialized program in Content Marketing.
