Claes Rainer

Claes Rainer currently serves as Affärschef at Svefa Juridik and previously held the role of Processjurist at Svefa since January 2023. From May 2012 to January 2023, Claes was the owner and a lawyer at Claes Rainer Law Firm, which specializes in international and domestic litigation, arbitration, commercial law, and real estate matters. Prior to this, Claes was a partner and head of the Dispute Resolution group at Advokatfirma DLA Nordic from August 2000 to April 2012, where leadership in litigation and arbitration was a key focus, alongside conducting seminars in multiple locations. Claes began career as an assistant judge at Uppsala tingsrätt from September 1998 to August 2000, working on judgments and legal memorandums. Claes Rainer holds an LLM from Stockholm University and has completed specialized training in arbitration. Additionally, Claes earned a BA in History from Stockholm University.
