Founded in the 1960's by Mr. Panayiotis Sveltos Ioannou, Sveltos Group was among the pioneering residential property developers in the Larnaka region, shaping early housing and apartment developments at a time when the sector was still emerging. Alongside its core development activity, the Group also became Larnaka’s first producer of ready-mixed concrete. Over time, the Group transitioned and expanded into the hospitality sector, building and operating three hotel properties in Larnaka: The Ciao Stelio Boutique Hotel (Mackenzie), Sveltos Hotel (Oroklini), and Sveltos Residence Suites (Drosia).
