Eric Sverdrup

Eric Sverdrup is the CEO and Principal Engineer at Sverdrup Engineering Services. Eric has over 10 years of experience in the engineering field, with a focus on electrical engineering.

Sverdrup started their career as an Electrical Engineer at Hanlon Engineering & Architecture in October 2009. Eric worked there for just over a year before moving to TRC Companies, Inc. in November 2010. At TRC, Sverdrup worked as a Senior Electrical Engineer for two years. In this role, they were responsible for developing potential renewable energy sites into actuality by evaluating, designing, and installing large scale photovoltaic systems. Eric also optimized module field placement by evaluating issues such as location, shading, tilt, tracking, and orientation.

In 2012, Sverdrup left TRC to start their own engineering firm, Sverdrup Engineering Services. Eric has been running the company for over six years and has completed many successful projects during that time. Some of their recent projects include designing and installing solar PV systems for residential and commercial customers in the greater Los Angeles area.

Eric Sverdrup's educational career includes a BS in Electrical Engineering from Montana State University-Bozeman.
