Ilean M.

Ilean M. has a strong background in quality assurance and software testing, with experience spanning multiple companies and industries. They began their career as a Software Tester at UST Global in 2013, where they were involved in analyzing user requirements and designing manual test cases for healthcare clients. In 2015, they joined Tata Consultancy Services as a Sr. Quality Assurance & System Analyst. In this role, they primarily focused on manual testing for healthcare and banking domains for web and mobile applications. They were also involved in various activities such as test case creation and execution, test data creation, running automated scripts, and defect tracking. They attended client visits in the USA and also had the opportunity to work on-site in San Antonio, Texas. After leaving Tata Consultancy Services in 2018, they worked as a QA Analyst at Unosquare, a Sr. QA Android at Talented Partners, and a Sr. QA Analyst at IT-SEEKERS. Currently, Ilean M. holds the position of Senior Plus QA Engineer at Svitla Systems, Inc., starting in 2021.

Ilean M. completed their Licenciatura in Ciencias de la Comunicación at Universidad de Celaya, A.C. from 2001 to 2005. Prior to that, they pursued a Diplomado in Negocios Europeos at Universidad de Lérida in 2005.
