James Comer is an experienced HR director and chief people officer, currently serving as the HR Director for Schneider Electric in the Pacific region since 2023. Previously, they held significant HR roles at Fortune 500 companies including HP and Cisco, where they focused on strategic workforce planning, talent management, and organizational design. James began their career as a consultant at Voice Project, and also gained valuable experience at Accenture, where they led various human capital initiatives. They hold a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Organisational Psychology from Macquarie University, obtained in 2004.
