René Malmstrøm

René Malmstrøm is a seasoned Master Mariner with extensive experience in maritime operations. They began their career at Søværnet as a Løjtnant from 1985 to 1987 and later worked at Dampskibsselskabet NORDEN A/S from 1988 to 1994, where they advanced to the role of Master Mariner and contributed to the development of administration programs for ships. René's career continued at Rederiet Knud I. Larsen and culminated in a position at Svitzer as a Master Mariner from 2008 to 2014, where they also designed a Remote Operation Center. They hold a Master's degree in marine from Marstal Navigationsskole and additional qualifications, including ISM Internal Auditor from Lloyds Gotenburg.
