Ryan Alfredo

Ryan Alfredo has a long and varied work history. Ryan began their career in 2001 as a Server at Tiffanys Banquet Center, where they were responsible for setting up and closing down for banquets, serving food to customers in a timely manner, and tending to guests' needs during events. In 2003, they began working at Panera Bread as an Associate, and then later that same year, they began working as a Tech Volunteer at Park Vista Retirement Home, teaching retirees basic computer skills and investigating and addressing any problems on facility computers. In 2007, they became Self Employed at Computer and Network Services, where they cleaned, fixed, built, and upgraded computers in residential settings, removed viruses and malware, installed updates, and repaired hardware and software. In 2009, they returned to Panera Bread as an Associate, Zone Leader, where they worked as part of a team to provide top-notch customer service, served high quality food in under two minutes per order, and followed proper closing procedures and safety measures while cleaning, making food, and keeping customers happy. In 2012, they began working at SVS Sound as Chief Ecommerce Web Developer, where they were responsible for front end and back end site management and programming, front end development using HTML/XHTML, Javascript and CSS-coding, and back end development using php, xml, mysql and related technologies. Finally, in 2019, they began working at Specialty Technologies LLC dba SVS as Manager, Ecommerce and Web Development.

Ryan Alfredo attended Youngstown State University from 2003 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor's of Science in Information Technology.
