Nicolas Weil

Nicolas Weil is an experienced professional in the digital media and streaming technology sector, currently serving as a member of the Board of Directors and Chair of the Streaming Video Operations Working Group at SVTA since April 2024. With a strong background at AWS Elemental since September 2017, Nicolas has held roles such as Principal Product Manager and Senior Solutions Architect. Previously, work at Akamai Technologies from 2013 to 2017 included significant projects in live streaming and media workflows for high-profile events like the UEFA Champions League and the Rio Olympics. Additionally, experience encompasses roles in blog writing about digital media innovation, solutions architecture at Challenge2Media, and web development for clients including Renault and the Banque of France. Nicolas holds a Master’s degree in Information Systems Management from the Université de Technologie de Compiègne.
