Will Penson

Will Penson is a seasoned technology professional with over 15 years of diverse experience in sales, product management, customer success, and go-to-market strategy. As the first EMEA employee at Conviva, Will played a pivotal role in establishing the company's presence in the region, growing its customer base, and leading the global sales engineering team. In their current position as Vice President of Sales Engineering, Will continues to drive insights into new industry verticals such as retail, travel, and healthcare while also serving as Co-Chair of the Low Latency Streaming Working Group at SVTA. Will's educational background includes pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering with Business Management at King's College London.
