Helen Zhou

Helen Zhou is a Manager of Education and Communications at Social Venture Connexion (SVX), where they lead initiatives to enhance educational outreach and communication strategies. Previously, Helen held various positions including Development and Communications Associate at the Urgent Action Fund for Women's Human Rights and worked as a freelancer from 2019 to 2021, specializing in content writing, graphic design, and social media management. Helen has also interned with organizations such as OUTtv Network and the Embassy of Canada in Washington, DC, and contributed to the Nobel Women's Initiative. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in Combined Major in Philosophy and Political Science from The University of British Columbia in 2019.
