Rob Young

Rob Young is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and management. Currently serving as a Select Account Executive at SwagUp since March 2024, Rob previously operated as a Business Owner for Destination Athlete® from September 2018 to March 2024, where Rob focused on client consultations, team leadership, and operational efficiencies that led to increased net profits. Rob also owned Fulfill Direct from January 2019 to October 2023, providing critical outsourcing services to franchisees in the screen printing and embroidery industry. Earlier in Rob's career, leadership as Challenger Baseball Manager from March 2007 to May 2016 included founding a program for children with special needs, significantly boosting participation and fundraising efforts. Rob holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of South Carolina.
