Michael Rhoades

Michael Rhoades possesses extensive experience in leadership roles within the technology and consulting sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Solutions Architecture and Vice President of Professional Services at Swampfox Technologies since October 2021, Rhoades has a solid track record in enterprise consulting from a previous position at Axim. Notably, Rhoades spent several years at Cox Communications, contributing as Principal and holding various strategic positions such as Director of Solutions Architecture and Director of Contact Center Operations Support. Rhoades also has a background in consulting with Avaya as a Principal Consultant in Advanced Solutions Architecture. Prior to entering the technology industry, Rhoades served as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps from 1993 to 1998, showcasing a foundation of leadership and discipline.
