Swan Advocacy is a charity delivering high quality independent advocacy services in the South West of England. 

Our professionally trained Advocates support people to understand their rights, make informed choices and have their voice heard.

We currently provide Independent Mental Capacity Act Advocacy, Care Act Advocacy, Independent Mental Health Act Advocacy, Independent Health Complaints Advocacy and community advocacy services. 

April 2019 will see the launch of our victim advocacy service to adults in Avon and Somerset.
