Michael Heider

Michael Heider is currently the Director of SAP Service at SWAN, a position they have held since 2021. They previously served as Team Leader of IT Service and later as Head of SAP Service at SSI SCHÄFER from 2003 to 2011. Michael began their career as an Informatiker in service at WITRON Gruppe and later at SALT AG, where they focused on project implementation from 1999 to 2003. They earned a degree in Computer Science as a Diplom-Informatiker from Technische Hochschule Würzburg-Schweinfurt after completing their studies in communication electronics with a specialization in information technology.
