Swan Partners is a specialist team of experienced finance professionals from both advisory and corporate backgrounds with an average of 13 years of experience.  Over the last 10 years we have worked across a variety of sectors on over 700 transactions for a range of small, midcap, listed, PE backed corporates and public sector bodies. We are doers not advisors or consultants and work as part of management’s team.  We understand both the requirements of stakeholders and constraints of the business and have a common sense, commercial and pragmatic approach.

sell side, buy side, capital markets, refinancing and restructuring where we provide assistance to  management including preparation of historical information, financial modelling, business plan preparation, project and stakeholder management, commercial review and analysis.
 
We also assist finance functions with a range of tasks including: 
rapidly assessing and improving existing processes,
improving cash flow forecasting and short term cash management, 
financial planning and reporting; and
commercial analysis. 
 
We also provide specialist financial and commercial support for the Health and Care sector, in particular, the NHS, supporting commissioners and providers (private, public and charity)  in identifying, developing and implementing innovative commercial and financial approaches to deliver system change that is value for money and sustainable.
