Swan Society is a book club app built around the real reason book clubs fall apart: one person ends up carrying everything — the planning, the hosting, the "okay but what are we even reading" — until she quietly burns out and the group disappears. Swan Society fixes that. AI curates a shortlist your members actually want to read, the group votes, discussion questions and host prep (décor, food pairings) are handled automatically, and hosting rotates on its own so the load never sits with one person for long. It's currently in an invite-only founding member beta.
