Kit G.

Kit G. is the CEO of Swanbarton, a role they have held since 2025. They previously served as General Manager & Head of Strategy at Swanbarton Limited (2024–2025) and as Senior Consultant at Capco (2022–2024). Earlier in their career, they held military leadership roles including Team Lead & Chief Instructor (SO3) with the British Army’s British Support Team & Office of the US Security Coordinator in 2018, and Team Lead (SO3 Reconnaissance) at the Land Warfare Centre, where they designed training for over 100 commanders and helped establish a reciprocal program with the US reconnaissance school at Fort Bliss. They also led 24 soldiers through an Afghanistan deployment, managed HR and welfare, and trained at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.
