Michael Borne

Michael Borne is an experienced Plant Manager with a strong background in operations management across various industries. Currently serving at Swan Products, LLC since 2020, Michael has previously held positions at Trex Company, where leadership in standardization and operational excellence led to improved financial performance and reduced turnover. At Ardagh Group, Michael managed the successful startup of an $80 million can manufacturing facility and excelled in hiring and training initiatives for greenfield projects. Prior experience at Sonoco included oversight of multiple facilities, achieving significant operational improvements. Michael holds an M.B.A. in Operations Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a B.S. in Decision Sciences - Operations Management from Louisiana State University.
