A thriving rural secondary school in the Meon Valley, known for strong culture, high expectations, and exceptional staff support. We believe every child has the right to uninterrupted learning and every colleague deserves to thrive.

Our collective success is rooted in an aspirational approach to Innovate, Collaborate, and Challenge. Whether you are a pupil, a parent, or a prospective member of our team, you will find a community committed to high standards, academic ambition, and the holistic wellbeing of every individual.

Located in the heart of the Hampshire countryside, the College serves a vibrant catchment area, fostering strong relationships between home and school. We don’t just focus on academic outcomes; we look after the whole child, providing our pupils with the vital tools to emerge as healthy, independent young people.

We Are A Hub for Professional Growth

As an employer, Swanmore College is a place of high aspiration. We believe that to provide high-quality teaching, we must champion a safe, happy, and innovative environment for our staff. We are proud to support the next generation of educators through teacher training with the Rural Schools Alliance.

Building Future Connections

We are incredibly proud of our alumni and remain committed to fostering lifelong relationships with our former pupils and staff. We are currently seeking to grow our alumni network with a specific focus on careers and work experience. By sharing your professional journey or offering a placement to a Year 10 pupil, you can play a vital role in helping the next generation prepare for life after the College.

We Are At the Heart of Our Community

The College is more than just a place of learning; it is a community hub. We actively collaborate with our local partners, including:

* Swanmore Leisure: Providing fitness and wellbeing opportunities for the local area.
* SwanFest: Our annual community festival that celebrates local talent and togetherness.
