Tom Howe

Tom Howe is an experienced executive with a strong background in leadership and management within the agricultural sector. Serving as a member of the Board of Directors and CEO at Swanson Flo since October 1991, Tom has a proven track record of driving company growth through strategic initiatives and acquisitions. Prior to this role, Tom worked at ConAgra Fertilizer as General Manager and Controller of the Northern Division from 1986 to 1991. Additionally, Tom was the owner of Howe Inc., a third-generation agriculture fertilizer and chemical manufacturer, until its sale to ConAgra in 1986. Tom's career also includes a tenure as General Manager and Treasurer at Howe Inc. from 1972 to 1978. Tom holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Augsburg University.
