David Erb

David Erb is an accomplished investor and executive with a diverse background in renewable energy, community engagement, and healthcare. Currently serving as an investor at Swap Robotics since June 2023, David aims to advance the company as a leading robotics platform for utility scale solar optimization. As a co-founder and executive director of Protect Our Winters Canada, David has successfully developed the organization into a significant advocacy group for climate action, amassing over 30,000 members. Additional roles include being a partner at EpiTOme Genetics and an investor at the Community Energy Development Co-operative, where David focuses on sustainable projects with member returns. David's previous experience includes managing roles at the Tamarack Institute for Community Engagement, Silver Lake Mennonite Camp, and creating a program for foreign trained professionals at the Greater KW Chamber of Commerce. David's earlier career began with a ski instructing position at Whistler Blackcomb and co-owning Erb & Good Family Funeral Home. David holds an education from Humber College.
