Pascal Poulle

Pascal Poulle is a seasoned product owner with extensive experience in product development and management. Currently serving as a Senior Product Owner at Swapcard since December 2021, Pascal collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to manage the product backlog, write Functional Design Specifications, and conduct internal demos. Previously, Pascal held multiple roles at Dial-Once, including Product Owner and Customer Success Manager, where responsibilities included gathering client needs, scoping projects, and managing enterprise accounts. Pascal also co-founded Creative Cookiz, a web agency, and has prior experience at Air France, Wemanity, JL Consulting JLC, and Institut français U.K., showcasing a strong background in digital project management and technical development. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Project Management from Ecole des Technologies Numériques Appliquées and a Master’s degree in Digital Project Management from Institut F2I.
