Wiley DeWitt

Wiley DeWitt is an experienced public-facing professional currently serving as the Office Manager at Swapfiets, where they focus on creating an exceptional workspace and leading the People & Culture team. They previously held various roles, including Ecology Volunteer at Cascadia Wildlands and Park Manager at Lake Grove Swim Park, where they managed staff and emergency response. In addition to their management experience, Wiley founded Those Thai Bags, an eco-friendly venture that supports elephant conservation through sales. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in Environment, Globalization, and Policy from the University of Oregon in 2020.
