Noam Ronen

Noam Ronen is an experienced software development leader with a strong background in the construction technology sector and military intelligence. Currently serving as Software Team Lead at SWAPP since January 2023, Ronen focuses on utilizing AI to enhance planning and collaboration in architecture projects. Prior to this role, Ronen was the Software Department Manager at Veev from January 2019 to January 2023, where responsibilities included expanding the development team and improving productivity through mentorship and process optimization. Earlier positions included leading software processes in design automation and contributing as a developer, along with experience in Israeli Military Intelligence, where software development centered around automation and 3D design.
