Ian Baxter

Ian Baxter is an experienced technology leader with a diverse background in founding and managing technology companies. As the Founder and CEO and CTO of Swarming Technology since September 2011, Ian has been instrumental in driving innovation. Prior to this, Ian co-founded Sarus.io, serving as CTO from November 2013 to December 2022. Ian's career includes a significant role as COO at CPI Promotions, Inc. from April 2005 to October 2011, and consulting work with Robert Half Technology. Earlier, Ian held the position of CIO at SalesOrders.com from March 2000 to October 2002. Ian holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, completed in 2004.
