Chris Brand

Chris Brand is a Trade Mark and Copyright Attorney at Swart Attorneys and currently heads IP Litigation. They specialize in intellectual property and commercial matters, including trade mark prosecution, litigation, and copyright enforcement. With a Master of Laws degree in Intellectual Property, Chris is a Fellow of the South African Institute of Intellectual Property Law (SAIIPL) and holds memberships in the Licensing Executive Society (LES) and AIPPI. Previously, Chris worked as a Candidate Attorney and Associate at De Klerk & Van Gend Inc, where they focused on trade mark and commercial law.
