Robert Schultz

Robert Schultz, JD, MBA, currently serves as an Associate Attorney at Swartz Campbell, focusing on trial preparation and legal analysis in asbestos litigation for mesothelioma and lung cancer cases across Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Prior experience includes serving as Associate Corporate Counsel at Ampco-Pittsburgh Corporation, where counsel was provided on various employment matters and compliance with labor laws. At UPMC, project management efforts led to significant improvements in the onboarding program. Additionally, Robert volunteered as an attorney with Legal Services of Eastern Missouri, assisting small business owners and non-profits. Earlier experience includes substantial trial work at Wilbraham, Lawler & Buba, particularly in asbestos litigation. Robert holds an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis, a JD from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, and a BA in American Studies from Cornell University.
