SWAT was founded to build the infrastructure for autonomous micro-warehousing worldwide.

We believe the future of warehouse automation is not simply about placing humanoid robots or automated equipment inside traditional warehouses. The real challenge is that most warehouse environments today were not designed for machines. They are fragmented, inconsistent, highly dependent on human experience, and often lack the operational data and repeatable workflows required for true automation.

SWAT is working to change this from the ground up.

Our mission is to connect and standardize warehouse nodes globally through AI WMS, OMS, DSS, standardized SOPs, equipment integration, workflow design, and long-term operational data. By doing so, we aim to transform traditional warehouse spaces into intelligent operating nodes that can be understood by AI, managed by software, and eventually executed by robots.

Just as autonomous driving requires more than better vehicles — it requires real-world data, road scenarios, model training, and continuously optimized environments — the next generation of autonomous warehousing will require more than better robots. It will require standardized spaces, repeatable processes, and high-quality operational data.

SWAT is building the foundation for that future.

We are not just building another warehousing service company. We are not just building software or robotics. We are building the standardization layer that AI and robotics need in order to truly enter the physical world of warehousing.

SWAT’s long-term goal is to become the global infrastructure platform for smart warehousing, robotic warehousing, and autonomous micro-warehousing.
